HVAC
Understanding HVAC Systems
By now, most people have heard the terms “indoor air quality” and “sick building syndrome”. One of the biggest contributors to indoor air quality is the HVAC system (heating, ventilation and air conditioning) installed in the home, office or building. The purpose of the HVAC system is to “condition” the air inside the building. Air that has been “conditioned” is clean and odor-free and is at a temperature and humidity that the majority of the building’s occupants find comfortable, but, as with anything, time and use will ensure that the system that we rely on for clean air will get dirty, dusty, and the worse case - moldy.
Duct Cleaning
Why is it Important?
We utilize high-performance air duct cleaning equipment and specialty duct cleaning tools that physically removes, captures and contains dirt, debris and other contaminants from commercial and residential ductwork systems.
While owning and operating the high quality equipment has been a crucial investment in our continued success, our employees have truly been our greatest asset, and play a key role in our ability to repeatedly create long term relationships with those we serve.
Our duct cleaning services are performed utilizing the most advanced source removal equipment in the industry, enabling our technicians to reach and thoroughly clean the entire duct system with minimal noise and disruption.
Combining state-of-the-art equipment, unmatched customer care, and the methods we utilize results in our ability to provide our customers with the highest quality duct cleaning service available.
DUCT CLEANING IS IMPORTANT
Dust, dirt, pollen, animal dander and other airborne contaminants are pulled into your duct system every time the heating or air conditioning runs. These contaminants will build up inside the ductwork over time and can help make your duct system an ideal breeding ground for mold spores, bacteria, fungus, mildew and other microbes.

Each time your HVAC system is turned on, contaminants are spewn out and circulated throughout your home and possibly affect the health and comfort of your family.
Family members who suffer from allergies, asthma or other respiratory ailments as well as children and the elderly are especially vulnerable to the effects of indoor air pollutants.
The removal of contaminants from the entire HVAC system is recognized by the industry experts as the most effective way to eliminate air duct pollutants. This is referred to as the “source removal” method of duct cleaning. These methods used by our company assure you that your ducts are being cleaned with the most advanced source removal equipment and techniques available.
WHAT WE DO
First the HEPA-AIRE power vacuum is connected to the duct system near the furnace. Next, 1 inch access holes are drilled into air ducts. Long lengths of air hose with special 360° high velocity nozzles are connected to the compressor and “snaked” through the entire duct system, and dislodging debris that has accumulated on inner duct surfaces. Areas such as return ducts may be cleaned with our Power Brush system as needed.
The HEPA-AIRE unit creates a powerful vacuum, pulling dislodged contaminants into its filtration system. This filtration system is so efficient that it captures contaminants 1/300th the diameter of a human hair returns filtered “hospital grade” air to your home. And, it’s so quiet you’ll hardly know it’s running.
Once your duct system has been cleaned, we reseal all access holes and your ducts are returned to “like new” condition.
